Site Reliability Engineer Interview Experience - United States

Process

The interview process was not much different from a typical tech company's: one phone interview, followed by an on-site interview with about five to six people.

Overall, the interview process was disappointing, to say the least. One of the interviewers did not show up for the on-site portion. During the hiring manager round, the manager frequently yawned and even dozed off, which was quite unprofessional.

While other interviewers seemed nice, that manager's attitude spoke volumes about the company's management and culture. I would look elsewhere.
