I was referred to this position.
The interview process was fairly standard, including a take-home assessment, a phone screen, and a virtual on-site interview.
The take-home assessment consisted of four coding problems to be solved within 90 minutes. These problems increased in difficulty, but with some practice, they were not too hard to complete successfully.
The phone screen was similar. The interviewer had a positive attitude and aimed to establish a connection. I was asked one coding question that could be completed in 15-20 minutes. We had some time to spare, so we switched to solving another question the interviewer had in mind. I was able to solve it within the time allotted and to their expectations.
The on-site interview was even better. All the interviewers seemed interested in how I would be as a co-worker. There were four rounds: one system design, two technical, and one behavioral.
Describe a time when you had to prioritize one task over others.
