Process
Overall, the interview wasn't too bad.
I interviewed for two teams simultaneously. Each team conducted an hour-long phone interview and a five-hour phone panel with multiple interviewers.
The questions were mostly medium LeetCode-style problems, with the occasional hard question mixed in.
The most disappointing part is that after spending 12 hours interviewing, one of the recruiters ghosted me, not replying to any emails or providing updates.
