I applied online and met with a recruiter within a week. I then went through a LeetCode round, followed by a five-hour final round consisting of system design, code refactoring, an algorithm round, and an interview with the hiring manager.

Honestly, this was the most bipolar interview experience I've had. Some of the interviewers were clearly passionate about their jobs and the work. On the other hand, one interviewer used the interview as an extended lunch hour, focusing more on a Subway footlong than on me.
