Standard out-of-the-textbook questions in most of the rounds. Some of the interviewers asked about probability and really some tricky questions, but that was just one or two guys.
Most of the questions were very easy. Even if you had brushed up your algo skills once, you could answer them very easily.
Questions
Longest Common Subsequence, DFS, and print paths from the root node to all the nodes in the tree, etc.

Pros: Large company with lots of different things going on. Lots of areas to grow into. Lots of smart people to work with. The pay is good for the Austin area.
Cons: It can be very hectic. Often times, being in a remote site like Austin, rather than HQ in San Jose, can be a huge hurdle and definitely hinders career growth. You really need to understand the team and overarching group you join. Because if you're part of a team which is anchored in San Jose, it can be difficult to get things done and get recognized.
Definitely stick to teams which are localized if possible.

Company with worst people management practices

Pros: Flexible working hours. Nobody will care even if you are not in the office for months, if the work is completed.
Cons: Bad people management. Managers don't spend time with employees, wasting their time and money by conducting useless organization-wide events. You won't get recognized here if you don't have a big mouth. Not a technology-centric company. They use all proprietary frameworks and tools for software development which don't have any value outside.

Pros: There are lots of good changes in the organization. We are cleaning up the mess we had accumulated in terms of processes, software development practices, and in general, adapting other industry best practices.
Cons: Till a couple of years ago, there was not much talent. In recent years, the newly hired people seem to be of better talent, as more and more people from companies like Yahoo and Microsoft join.
