Pros: - very well managed emerging talent program team - lots of events and speaker series with c-suite planned out - lots of merch! - intern project with showcase at the end (all interns flown out to san jose office)

Cons: - short period (only 12 weeks) - large majority of intern class located in sjc office (disconnect between interns from different offices) - not the greatest intern management from the team (seems slightly inexperienced in having an intern on their team)

Pros: In regards to the intern experience, I am totally convinced that eBay's internship program is one of the best of the country. They really care about the interns and try to provide the best experience possible. There were multiple events across the summer that were super fun, such as: booking a whole amusement park for the company, taking the interns to the beach in Santa Cruz, lots of meetings with the leaders of the company (CEO, CTO, VPs, etc). When it comes to the work: eBay tries to integrate the interns to work on substantial tasks for the business, that usually would make it to production, so it is nice to see that you are able to contribute to the customers with your work. Overall a fantastic experience.

Cons: It can be slow paced sometimes, but they will usually give you the ability to move faster if you push for that. But going fast is not the default.

Pros: Good company culture, warm emerging talent team and my team

Cons: Can’ t extend the internship
