Ebay can be better with changes
Software Engineer • Current Employee
San Jose, California, United States
September 2, 2008
Pros: When you can't find a position anywhere else. eBay was much better under Meg...not perfect, just better.
Cons: Management couldn't care less about ideas for improvement. Only senior management is listened to, but they rarely have real input since Donahoe came on board. His ego is tremendous, and he truly believes that his disruptive innovation will work. Unfortunately, he refuses to admit it hasn't worked.
