Process
The Codesignal assignment came first, lasting about 60 minutes and featuring four problems that were not too difficult nor overly algorithmic.
This was followed by a call with a team member, and then three more video interviews, two of which involved coding.
After spending more than 5 hours on interviews alone, I never received an email with the results, even though they promised them by the end of the week.
This experience was completely unprofessional and rude, and it speaks volumes about the company. I will never apply here again.
