Following this, I was contacted by an HR representative who informed me that I would receive an offer based on a background check, which took about a week.

Pros: Nice work environment and smart people. My team is very open to innovative ideas. Work is appreciated if you do good, though it depends on the team.
Cons: I can't think of many, as I haven't been around for a long time. But I think too much changing at the same time across teams hinders progress.
