Nothing to say about the company apart from saying it's not a dream company anymore.
They cancelled the offer after the H1b was approved without any reason. I also heard a lot about the company regarding micromanagement, lack of freedom of speech, and accountability.
Be responsible and accountable for the employees, and gain their trust.
