Lack of true leaders in senior management; Bloated management hierarchy; A lot of senior management is very occupied with their own career and their compensation and seems to be ignoring their job: take care of the company and people they are supposed to manage; Lack of strategic vision; Lack of interest from top-level management in technology; Inability of the top management to leverage one of the biggest assets the company has: good, skillful people who built the eBay site.
Make a much leaner management structure and think strategically. Manage the company and not its stock price.
