You can learn a lot if you are in the right team (search, ML). It is a Java shop, and you get an opportunity to work with a lot of experienced engineers. The projects are not very intense with the timeline. Growth can be slower as there is a lot of hierarchy. Salary is average.
Lack of good documentation, and growth opportunities can stagnate after a while.
