Good. Everything is good here.
No cons at all. Only pros.
Good
1 Onsite Interview only. I had applied through an employee referral, as they do not usually take interns. My interview was with the manager of my team. The interview was informal and pretty short, about 20 minutes.
A series of panel interviews. There was a lot of redundancy in questions. Some panel members took up all the time talking themselves. No technical questions were asked. However, the hiring manager's approach was appreciated.
1-hour video interview on the Android domain. Questions were asked about Android fundamentals using an example project. It was not a problem-solving session. The interview went well. I passed the first round, but they returned with negative results
