Good work-life balance, reasonable benefits. Pressure not as high as other Bay Area companies.
I'm not a big fan of the lack of support or involvement from middle management on projects. While it's naturally the goal of engineers to do the work, I feel that we're not given any strategic roadmap nor ideas to work on.
Middle management needs to have more strategic vision instead of working on small initiatives.

Waste of time. Told me to study LeetCode. The interview was nothing like LeetCode. They expected me to write a service in 30 minutes. The interviewer wasn’t professional. They asked weird questions. I would not recommend wasting time here.
