Every single person I met was fun to talk to and a productive worker.
Management didn't notice a confused task title; a "short task" was actually months of fixing older code.
They didn't notice, but did end my contract. I will be more verbal about it if this ever happens again.
Other than the confusion that ended my contract, you were all great.
Keep it up, but listen to your people a little extra.
