Don't ever join the Commerce Experience BU in PDCI. There are a lot of teams in this BU which just do maintenance. The culture is so sick that no matter how much you work, at the end your rating depends on how close you are with your manager.
Even the HRs in India are very much inclined towards certain managers. They don't even care to investigate the complaints raised against managers, no matter how much attrition there is.
There are a lot of incapable managers who worked as contractors from companies like CSC and got converted as FTEs. Most of those managers follow a service company-like culture.
