Flexible hours, great coworkers, good benefits. Their Stubhub building has decent amenities.
eBay as a whole seems to know it's in a rut. But there doesn't seem to be a lot of desire to change things, for better or worse.
Definitely keep spearheading the initiatives to modernize the product. The company needs it.
