Great internship program
The internship program is extremely well thought out, with activities, speakers, and ways to network with everyone at eBay.
eBay has a positive culture; it encourages work-life balance and cross-communication between departments.
The team I was put on wasn't very diverse. Furthermore, the project I was assigned felt very isolated from the team's work.
