People at eBay are uplifting and energizing, and that makes it fun to go into work!
As an intern, there are SO many perks. Tons of amazing merch (including a polaroid camera!!), amazing intern activities (e.g. TopGolf, origami class).
National Intern Day (which happened to be on my birthday) was one of the best days ever. There was even a day where Great America was rented out just for eBay!!
It's been so much fun.
Besides the perks, there are tons of professional development opportunities as an intern, lots of networking opportunities - and overall just so many opportunities to find out who you are as a person, what drives you, and just to be a better YOU.
My team and everyone I've met has been so amazing, and I truly could not have asked for more from an internship!
Can't think of any off the top of my head - it's been an incredible summer through and through!
I was invited to SWE Internship Power Day. It involved two back-to-back interviews. The questions covered a variety of topics, including LeetCode easy/medium problems and linked list questions. I used C++ for the coding portions.
I had gotten an interview through an employee referral. Someone contacted me about a time. There was a miscommunication on their part between HR and the manager, and they didn't call me at the first time we planned, so we had to plan another one. T
I was set up for a screening interview through a recruiter who received my resume via a career fair. The preliminary interview was conducted over the phone with an engineer at the company. The engineer admitted to knowing little about the position
