- Very well-managed emerging talent program team.
- Lots of events and speaker series with C-suite planned out.
- Lots of merch!
- Intern project with showcase at the end (all interns flown out to San Jose office).
- Short period (only 12 weeks).
- Large majority of intern class located in the SJC office, leading to a disconnect between interns from different offices.
- Not the greatest intern management from the team, as they seem slightly inexperienced in having an intern on their team.
- Clear expectations and timelines on deliverables.
- More communication between interns (often without talking with others, they're not able to tell whether how they’re being treated is right or wrong).

Online assessment with 4 questions for pre-screening. Used CodeSignal. It took some time to match the setup they wanted. 70 minutes for one very easy question, two intermediate difficulty, and one hard question.
Software Engineer Intern
I was invited to SWE Internship Power Day. It involved two back-to-back interviews. The questions covered a variety of topics, including LeetCode easy/medium problems and linked list questions. I used C++ for the coding portions.
