I found it to be easier than Amazon, though I did not like that it took all day. Additionally, the people I encountered were not as friendly as those at Amazon, but that could have just been the day and location.

Submitted application without referral. Did the OA right away. Approximately half a month later, was contacted by HR. Scheduled a sequential interview (2 rounds). Finished the interviews. Contacted by HR in an hour saying I passed the interview.
