The recruiting program and the team that they assigned me to weren't on the same page.
I want to emphasize how amazing it is that they still went ahead with my internship despite the pandemic. Many of my classmates had internships that were cancelled.
The University Recruiting Program gave a huge effort to make my internship a valuable experience even while remote, making my time with eBay fun and rewarding.
The only issue that I could see with the internship was that the software engineering team that I worked under weren't kept updated with the events that the University Recruiting Program had for me, such as the internship presentations.
Regular process: * HR screening * 1-hour technical * 4-hour panel All Indians - attitude during panel interview was awful. No sense to interview if not related with India. Nothing else to say.
1-hour video interview on the Android domain. Questions were asked about Android fundamentals using an example project. It was not a problem-solving session. The interview went well. I passed the first round, but they returned with negative results
There was a phone screen with the hiring manager as the first round. I was asked basic questions regarding frontend technologies, such as CSR vs. SSR. Then there were four rounds of interviews: * Round 1: LeetCode coding question * Round 2: Sys
