I applied online and after a couple of weeks, got an email saying they decided to not move forward with me. No interview, no contact, even from HR. Really?
I have over 15 years of experience, with the last 4 years in Principal/Tech Lead positions. I worked as a Principal SDE in a company bigger and better than Elastic, and they didn't even want to contact me.
