Process
A highlight of my interview experience was my recruiter, Tucker, who stayed close to scheduling and gave me regular updates and feedback.
The interview process consisted of:
- 1st round with the recruiter
- 2nd round with the hiring manager
- 3rd round with an engineer
- 4th round with a principal engineer
- 5th round with the SRE director
I was able to answer 99% of the questions asked correctly. In the end, there was more weight in how detailed the questions were answered than in previous demonstrated experience. Interviewers also won't ask for additional details; you need to be as detailed as possible from the start.
