• Beware of the Glassdoor reviews on Elastic's interview process. They are mostly accurate: it is a totally broken process aimed at getting information from candidates working for specific companies. You are wasting time engaging with them beyond two weeks.

• Multiple rounds of interviews using Zoom video.

• Zero transparency on how long the process will take.

• Interviewers were no-shows more than one time. Totally unprofessional. Ironically, they talk about culture a lot, but if this is the culture they are building, then they are clearly failing miserably.

• Most of the interviewers are busy trying to highlight why their company is "cool" rather than focusing on whether the company-candidate is a mutual fit.
