Process

After a series of interviews, I was invited to the technical panel interview. However, after spending considerable time to prepare and present, I didn't get any feedback until a few emails to the recruiting contact and hiring manager.

Finally, I received an email saying that I was rejected, but with no explanation. I sent another note asking for detailed feedback, and I was told I didn't have the "range and ability to persuade". I wish they had screened me at the first interview itself and not wasted my time.

Going through four interviews is not a kiddie thing for a candidate, and then to be rejected for a simple reason. They could have found out at an early stage. It certainly talks about the lack of maturity in the hiring process.

The interview process prior to the technical panel interview involved two Zoom, one phone, and one in-person interview. And, surprisingly, they didn't find the lack of "range and ability to persuade" in any of the steps.

Preparing for the technical panel required a lot of preparation, as they require candidates to understand customer use cases, etc.
