I've spent over 25 years in software, and my husband said to me, "I think this is the happiest you've ever been at a job" – and he was correct! The technology is already amazing and continues to evolve, but the people and culture are outstanding. DEI is a very important part of who we are, and the opportunities are endless!

Even though we're almost a $1B company, we still operate at times like a startup, which can be good and bad. We are very nimble, but we still need some additional process that will help streamline operations.
