If you're in an engineering org, you have two Fridays off each month. People seem to get away with working four hours a day. Never heard of anyone being fired.
People are leaving the company like a sinking ship. Full departments have left. Many broken windows, many engineers that do a subpar job. No one cares. If you're the kind of engineer that will go out of your way to create a better product, what you do won't be valued at all. Salaries are below market if you're European. They try to compensate with stock, which is a joke. Any competitor will pay better. The salary bands are a lie. Productivity or quality of your work means nothing towards raises or promotions. Management is full of rats that only care about looking good up the chain of command while doing virtually nothing. If you're determined to join, demand as much as possible base salary; it won't go any higher once you're in.
