Amazing people, terrible executive management

Pros: Pay is ok.
The people I worked with were amazing.
I had some really cool work automating workflows.
My direct supervisors and other team leads many times were super supportive.
Cons: Lack of clear leadership by upper management.
Difficult to convert to RFT even though supported by all direct managers.
HR is a nightmare to deal with; they need to take courses in communication and how to be professional. They shouldn’t be ghosting internal applicants mid-interview or any applicants for that matter.
