Pros: This is a great job for a summer job or to tide you over. Also in Madrid. Colleagues are very international (at peak times, there are around 200 temp employees). Whether you get along with them is, of course, up to each individual. The atmosphere is relaxed. There is rarely any stress, the tone is very civil, no dress code.

Cons: Anyone who wants a permanent position must get along well with their superiors. The more sympathy there is, the more likely you are to get promoted. Performance is secondary here, in my opinion. There are not many opportunities to get a permanent job here, so demand is also high.

Pros: Interesting work and young international colleagues. A good job to kick off your career.

Cons: Short-term contracts offered during peak working periods.

Pros: It is a good ramp-up in IT for newbies. Working here may open doors at other companies, but it's a hard step since IT companies don't see EA as a good IT company.

Cons: Everything in the company revolves around kissing up to management. People climb the professional ladder based on connections and friendship instead of hard work and proven skills. If you are very good at what you do, they will make sure you stay in the same position. Salary is very poor and benefits are almost non-existent (just some daily fruits are provided). Contracts are made on a temporary basis (renewed every 3-6 months), which gives insecurity for the future. The hard work is done by "ants" workers, while management does minimal work but collects all the praise. In conclusion, if there is no better alternative and you have strong nerves and patience, you can work here, but run without looking back when the first chance arrives to work for a real company.
