Process

Very long. They called me and asked me if I wanted to attend a technical interview. The salary is not negotiable. Almost everybody can take the job as long as they know a little about games and English.

Fun Projects, Wish Pay Was Better

Pros: Great place to work. An enjoyable work environment with many things to keep you entertained. The people are very friendly and the projects are great.

Cons: Not a lot of downsides working at Electronic Arts. The one thing I would complain about is the amount of contract work there is rather than full-time positions. Really hope they change the employment structure some day. Also wish pay was better.
