Quality Designer Interview Experience - Canada
Process
Both interviews were hosted on Zoom. On the second interview, the second person interviewing me didn't even want to take the time to join us. I then heard no response from them for two weeks. When I contacted their HR team, their response was that I was not qualified enough to do what is essentially a "Lead QA" position. (Take note that I have a decade of experience in the industry and have led multiple teams.)
