Rendering Software Engineer Interview Experience - Spain

December 31, 2018
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

Starts with a 1:1 interview with HR. Later, they send a technical test, then several interviews with people from the studio (development director, project manager, lead render programmer, etc.). Expect more technical interviews after the technical test.

After doing about five interviews, they told me to wait two weeks for an answer. They didn't answer, and when I insisted, they said I was not rejected and that I should wait more. They completely laughed at me and made me lose valuable time. Total waste of time. Very unprofessional feeling. Will never apply more to this company.
