The recruiter reached out. I had two half-hour interviews with different recruiters.
Then I got an email for a technical assessment and received immediate feedback that I had done great, apparently better than anyone in years, according to the recruiters.
Next, I had a technical interview with a Software Architect, which was fairly easy. I got almost immediate verbal feedback that I had passed to the next round. However, I never received the invite for that next interview.
When it was almost time for the next interview, I got a message saying that the team had decided not to proceed because I had put negative comments in the assessment's feedback section. This was a LMAO moment; it has to be the most childish reason I've received in my career. Who wants to work in a company that reacts vindictively to constructive criticism?
