Pros: PTO is decent.
Week-long Christmas break for RFT.
There is a decent work/life balance that the company seems to be trying to improve. If you are lucky enough to have a manager that cares, you can have it even better.
Cons: Pay is below industry average.
No vertical movement.
Lack of technical direction leads to miscommunication and confusion.
New "made up" Vice President positions are created every two weeks and filtered to lower employees as if this should make us happy, all while taking away from the bonus pool year after year and not providing ample opportunities for advancement for other employees.

Pros: Cheap games, free food, basketball court, soccer field, gym – tons of amenities. If you like making video games, you might enjoy this place.
Cons: If you're creative, you might hate this place. It's a huge company, and so there is very little opportunity for the typical employee to have a say in the vision or direction of anything important.
