- Constantly under unnecessary pressure
- You won't get promoted if you are not one of the managers' pleasers, even if you work twice as hard as others. (Lots of testers put a lot of effort into their work and end up with more workload than the manager's pleasers.)
- Gossip
Managers and team leads should have more intensive training on how to lead a team of several testers, and they should be fair with everyone working on the project.
