The suits and managers are very disconnected from the Romanian Office. They could not care less about anything.

They don't want to give us better pay because "we don't have the budget." But then plan to employ 20 new people that T1's have to train. Smartree is a scam and will try to buy you off with an old office chair. Don't expect to have health insurance. Who cares that you're working in a big company.

Do better. Let us work from home if we want to work from home. You saw that it works and it's fine. Everyone is happier. Let those who want to go to the office go back, but those who want to be home stay home.
