Good for a student, you can work the night shift.
The management is living for the company. The employees are just some socks you can easily change. Also, the projects are not organized. After one week of normal workload, everything is exploding, and you easily have 20-30 tasks that have more priority than anything. No trainings. No bonuses.
Start listening to your people and invest more in them.
