The company is the most diverse and flexible in the industry. EA will listen and is also willing to learn. It is not at all the crazy, scary, huge president business corp that you would think. In saying this, starting from the bottom, I have had a wonderful experience growing a company that helps one to prosper with the strengths they have.
People can get lazy and be happy with being mediocre.
Keep finding the talent and moving them forward to make the company shine.
