It's one of the biggest videogame companies in the world. The work is very challenging, combining the best and worst of a corporation and a tech company. Having fun is just as important as doing top-notch work. Not Zynga?

There's not a lot of new IP from the company, so you'll be working on the same franchise for years. Though if you're really into job security, that could be a good thing.
Too much emphasis on mobile/FB games. Throwing good money at lousy PR/Marketing strategies instead of taking some of that money and developing in-house talents.
Go back to basics. EA was founded originally by artists for artists.
Get creative. Put games out there that no one else does because you can.
Shed the image of the 'Big Bad Corporation' by actually caring about the customers.

The interview process was overall pleasant. It seems like I was with a recruiter rather than someone from the actual company, so some questions asked they were unable to answer. I would apply again in the future at this company.
