Bad pay.
Freshers are demotivated due to low salaries compared with other companies and are forced to leave EA, although they love working with it. After all, money matters more than anything else.
Improve the pay scale for freshers. This will solve the problem of too many dropout cases and also help with reducing the amount of additional training classes held, as dissatisfied employees leave and new ones join. The cycle goes on.
The interview took place with 5 candidates and was completely in English. Even though not everybody understood it or was able to speak it, all of us were hired.
I had the interview with three QA leaders in a small room with a round table. We discussed my educational background, passion for games, and work experience. The language used for the interview was English.
