Awesome work, partnered carefully with a low salary
Good work atmosphere. Wonderful managers. Neat infrastructure. Awesome interiors. Light-headed work. The cons, however, unfortunately, outweigh the pros. Actually, there is only one. Check it out in the cons section.
Bad pay.
Freshers are demotivated due to low salaries compared with other companies and are forced to leave EA, although they love working with it. After all, money matters more than anything else.
Improve the pay scale for freshers. This will solve the problem of too many dropout cases and also help with reducing the amount of additional training classes held, as dissatisfied employees leave and new ones join. The cycle goes on.
