Lots of office perks, a nice facility, good people, and fun times. Fun projects. Great medical and vacation time.
Long hours, sometimes 7 days a week. Low pay.
Pay your employees more in QA. They are a valuable resource.
A degrading experience with a coding question purposely meant to confuse the candidate. The variables and conditions are written in a way that sounds inappropriate and embarrassing when the candidate has to say them out loud.
Interview was pretty average. Talked about himself, then I talked about myself. Asked me some behavioral, and then some job description-specific questions that were technical. The technical was just verbal as well.
First, I got two phone code interviews. Easy to medium LeetCode questions. Then, I had an onsite with four engineers. One is for lunch. Two are coding interviews. One is a design interview. Overall, it is a good company.
