Pros

QA experience was beneficial to my future career, but the work environment was poor and the management was even worse.

Cons

The pay was really bad. $9.00-$9.50 an hour to strenuously test games or applications for a company is not worthwhile.

Advice to Management

Stop treating your employees as if they are expendable. Sure, everyone wants to work for "EA", but they also want to be treated like they matter.
