They have part-time, full-time, day, evening, and night shifts, very flexible for college students, high-school students, and parents or anyone with a second job. There's free hot chocolate and coffee, and a great game area to relax.
Not many females there, so it was kind of a bummer being one of the only few there. The male employees are somewhat rude to the females and make vulgar sexual comments to them at times. Management isn't very helpful when reporting it.
When a female employee asks for help correcting a male employee who's being disrespectful by making rude and sexual comments to her, you shouldn't brush off the comments and concerns your female employees are telling you by telling her she's being an infant.
I had a few interviews on Zoom about the position, my background, and my knowledge of the company. The whole process took from August, when I first applied through LinkedIn, to November, when I had the job offer.
Pleasant and simple interview to check that you know the company and a bit about the work in question that the interview is about. Some more specific questions on how to solve problems that may arise.
Very quick, easy, and well communicated. The process took less than a week. Everyone was friendly. It was almost entirely through e-mail, except for the Zoom interview. I felt as though communication was always open despite this.
