• Casual environment. • Company is understanding if personal issues arise. • Day or Night shift. • Decent for learning some about industry.
• Barely any chance to move upward. • Friction, some elitism between contractees and actual EA employees. • EA outsources pretty randomly, so you have a chance of losing your job. • Horrid sexism between females getting hired from contractees to EA employees.
Be more aware of what is going on. Be fair with all teams.
