- Relatively fun atmosphere
- Bad salary.
- A lot of promotions based on backstabbing and ass kissery.
- Management has no idea what it is doing.
- Repetitive and boring.
- Some team leads treat you like scum or a slave (canceling your vacation "just because they can" one day before you're supposed to take it).
- No recognition for personal efforts (Team lead is always solely responsible for project successes, even though he may have just sat around looking at Facebook all project long).
- No medical insurance.
- No bonuses.
- Have to work overtime in order to earn a decent salary, but you completely turn lifeless if you do this.
- Increase pay to a decent size that can actually be survived on.
- Stop treating testers like fingernail gunk.
