You get to play games mainly all day, all the time you work there. The working hours are really convenient.
You get to play games all day. This gets taxing, over and over, the same rhetoric. The project managers don't pay any mind to you, but then if you don't "seem" like you're doing work, you get talked down to. It's games.
Pay more attention to your workers, offer more help when someone seems to drift off. Make the place an overall better place to be.
