Young and dynamic minds working together. Work pressure is not that much, and working is always fun.
The salary is too low. The career opportunities are not great. From the outside, it looks good, but career-wise, it's not that good if you're not a gamer.
Utilize the resources based on their strengths and provide better opportunities.
