Work environment - If you ain't interested in working, then this is the right place for you.
Dress code - People dress in whatever way they want, from nightwear to shorts and slippers.
Full of uncouth people, unprofessional, no growth for freshers, very low salary, fake promises. Most companies are not willing to accept EA employees or gaming experience. Even if they do, they are always underpaid in other organizations also, due to the low package offered by EA. Most of the people will be on contract, and they hire people as TFT (Temporary Full-Time Employee), saying it's on EA's payroll but don't provide all benefits like leaves and game points. So if you are joining, please be careful or at least know everything.
Better packages for engineers. Recruit decent people who can at least speak English. Configure Outlook. Most people don't know how to configure Outlook or how to draw a table in Word. Get a dress code. During my tenure, I have heard other people from different organizations making fun of EA employees for their language (abusive) and their dressing.
I had a few interviews on Zoom about the position, my background, and my knowledge of the company. The whole process took from August, when I first applied through LinkedIn, to November, when I had the job offer.
Pleasant and simple interview to check that you know the company and a bit about the work in question that the interview is about. Some more specific questions on how to solve problems that may arise.
Very quick, easy, and well communicated. The process took less than a week. Everyone was friendly. It was almost entirely through e-mail, except for the Zoom interview. I felt as though communication was always open despite this.
