Very cool work environment for gamers.
Best shift timings for girls.
You get a chance to work on different platforms.
No matter how much experience you have, you get many opportunities when you leave EA.
No growth & low salaries for contractors. Less recognition, politics, & firing across the teams, especially more for contractors in India, even though they are fit for the position. For people who want to continue in EA, they have to play games, but I feel this won't help in the long run as far as mobile & manual testing is concerned. Growth for automation & various tools is not used in the India center.
Management should take care of the employees. Higher officials should check employee records and overall performance instead of leaving it to leads to avoid politics on one's promotion, firing, growth, or whatever it may be. Look for the person's potential, not on others' reviews.
I had a few interviews on Zoom about the position, my background, and my knowledge of the company. The whole process took from August, when I first applied through LinkedIn, to November, when I had the job offer.
Pleasant and simple interview to check that you know the company and a bit about the work in question that the interview is about. Some more specific questions on how to solve problems that may arise.
Very quick, easy, and well communicated. The process took less than a week. Everyone was friendly. It was almost entirely through e-mail, except for the Zoom interview. I felt as though communication was always open despite this.
